Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BizTrade (the “Service”) at biztrade.io. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

BizTrade builds, hosts, and helps grow websites for local businesses, including optional marketing tools (analytics, SEO content, reviews, listings, and integrations you choose to connect). Features available to you depend on your plan and any add-ons.

Accounts

You are responsible for the information you provide, for activity under your account, and for keeping your access secure. You must have the authority to manage the business and any accounts (such as Google) you connect.

Plans, billing & trials

• Subscriptions and add-ons are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe until canceled.
• Eligible add-ons may include a free trial; each add-on may be trialed once. Unless canceled before the trial ends or you choose to keep it, trials behave as described in your dashboard.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion.
• Prices may change with notice.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content and business information you provide. You grant us the license needed to host, display, and process it to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and does not infringe others’ rights.

Advertising & analytics on your site

Sites we build and host include BizTrade’s own analytics and advertising tags by default, and we may earn advertising revenue from them. This is part of how the Service is priced.

You can replace them at any time. Add your own Google Analytics measurement ID or Google AdSense publisher ID in your dashboard under Analytics & Ads, and yours will be used on your site instead of ours — we remove ours from your site, and any advertising revenue from your site is then yours. Provide one and not the other and the replacement applies only to that one. Clear the field to return to ours.

Analytics tags collect usage data about visitors to your site. You are responsible for any disclosures your own visitors are entitled to under applicable privacy law, including any cookie or consent notice your jurisdiction requires. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe intellectual property, send spam, distribute malware, or misuse connected accounts. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Third-party services

Features that connect to third parties (e.g., Google, Stripe) are also subject to those providers’ terms. Our use of Google APIs is described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue. Availability of some features depends on third-party approvals and services.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizTrade is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to comply with law.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date.
